Class schedule

Mat classes are suitable for men and ladies of a mixed range of fitness levels, as exercise are layered.  Classes take place at Martin Way Methodist Church, SW20 9JZ. Sessions are booked in half termly blocks and missed sessions can be made up within the same block where availability allows. It is possible to join mid-block where there are spaces.

One to one sessions are available for £45 per session and take place at your home (or via Zoom).  Click on contact for more information.

I teach group chair/standing Pilates classes to groups who find getting on/off the mat more challenging (and who are over 50) on behalf of local charity, Wimbledon Guild, as well as a weekly mat class for over 50's. I also teach Active Stroke Exercise each week.  These sessions should be booked/enquired about directly through Wimbledon Guild (they offer a full-timetable of varying activities and support).
