Anita has been providing private Pilates classes for me since May 2019. I have mobility limitations which would prevent me joining a class. Anita has tailored my Pilates sessions and come up with some great exercises to improve my balance and mobility. The improvements have not only been noticed by me but also by friends and family. We are now looking at adding goals to the next things I want to achieve. In the meantime I have had a final session today in preparation for skiing next week and hoping all that core and upper body work is going to pay off! Thank you Anita

Although I only began Pilates this year, I already feel the benefit with improved flexibility and stronger core muscles. Anita takes time to ensure that I am carrying out the exercises correctly so I feel that I am getting the most out of the class. I enjoy the range of exercises and the variety each week - I particularly enjoy the relaxation section at the end of the class! I always leave the class feeling refreshed and ready for the week ahead.

I signed up to Pilates with Anita just over a year ago. I had given birth a few months earlier so was just looking for a gentle form of exercise that would help rebuild some muscles and give me some (much needed!) time to myself. It has done that and so much more. I love the way you can push yourself as much as you want to. Anita is fabulous at letting you go at your own pace while always giving the next level to stretch yourself. Back then, it helped to join my separated stomach muscles and now it has really strengthened my core which has helped relieve my back. I never had problems with my back, just general aches from carrying children and heavy bags, but now I never notice back aches or pains. I have also noticed my flexibility and fitness levels increase gradually too. The most valuable thing about the lessons has been spending an hour just on myself...not thinking about the children, work stress or the state of the country right now, but purely focusing on the connection between my mind and my body and switching off from the busy world around me. Pilates is now something I want to continue for as long as I possibly can!

have been attending Anita’s Pilates classes for a couple of years now . I originally joined as I was experiencing lower back pain & was advised to do Pilates by my GP. I really enjoy Anita’s classes . She explains each exercise in detail & also shows you how to do it & what & where you should be feeling it it your body . She doesn’t rush the class , so you really feel that you’ve had time to do each exercise properly. The groups that she holds are small , safe & friendly, & all current guidelines are followed . I have benefited a great deal since doing these classes & would highly recommend her.

joined as a friend recommended Anita for my lack of mobility. I was able to attend 2 lessons in person and then we went into lock down. I was over the moon when Anita started doing online lessons and although, never the same as in person, they have been a great way for me to cope with the stress of work. Anita is a great teacher, her lessons are varied, her manner gentle and she always provides different levels of difficulty. I am a beginner with health issues and her lessons have really helped my mobility and strength greatly. I would highly recommend her!
